At their site in Michelstadt-Vielbrunn 140 employees operate in three shifts on a production and storage area of 19,000 m².
 
Within the framework of small-lot and large-lot production ultra-modern CNC multi-spindle and rotary
transfer machines are employed for the manufacture of turned and milled components that are used by well-known car manufacturers for their motors.  

To fulfill the highest requirements of cleanliness classifications the company has invested in new equipment - vacuum cleaning unit, ultrasonic cleaning unit, and ECM deburring.   

In sheet metal processing we produce components for established car seat manufacturers like Keiper, Lear, Recaro, and Magna Seating.
It must be mentioned that the investment in pioneering production technologies allow us
the in-house production of components with sophisticated technical demands.
To do this, the required parts are lasered, punched or folded with our own equipment and are welded and assembled by modern welding robots using MAG welding with CMT technology.  

This guarantees a competitive position in the face of tough competition and international cost pressure.

We are certified according to ISO TS 16949 and combine quality and flexibility within manageable structures.
